Question about receiving feedback
I am wondering how long we can expect to hear from an expert on the "ask an expert" area.
thanks

@Susan_RD_101 typically checks in every couple of weeks, but she is on Vacation at the moment! Hang tight!

Ahh ok @Hilary thanks. Are there any other experts that could answer a question I have about cholesterol?

Some other forum users may respond, however Cronometer staff will not answer specific health questions as we are not qualified to give health advice.
Cronometer is to be seen as a tool to track consumption and all targets we have set by default are not for everyone. If you have different needs you are welcome to make the changes based on your healthcare professional's recommendation or personal preference.

@hilary Oh, I certainly do not expect cronometer staff to answer medical questions. Absolutely not.
I was under the impression that you had registered dietitians available for people to ask nutritional questions. I was asking if you had more than just Susan available. A RD should be able to answer my cholesterol question regarding cholesterol as it is a nutrition question, not necessarily a medical question.
Is Susan the only Expert available? If so, and if she only checks on the forum every couple of weeks, I can just go to my local grocery store to ask my question. They have an RD on staff. It is not something I would bother my doctor about.
Thanks again

Hi!
I was in the Costa Rican jungle for 5 weeks so a little MIA. Just getting back now.
I typically check in with Cronometer 2x per week and focus on threads where nutrition questions predominate. Usually you won't have to wait more than a few days for a reply.
Kind regards,
