Cabbage and lemon juice...learning with cronometer

Thanks to Cronometer.com, 3 cups of cabbage and the juice of 1/2 lemon have become part of my breakfast.
I bought an Asian salad mix at Costco and a bag of lemons. Gave the fried noodles to my puppy. Used up half of the cabbage plus the lemon juice this morning. Wow! I won’t have to buy 3 vitamins anymore. The savings pays for 6 bags of Asian salad mix and one bag of lemons. I used the Asian dressing included sparingly.
I learned, additionally, to make a Keto muffin with only 1/4 cup of almond flour. 600 calories for my muffin is too much. I must cut back. I’ll keep the two xl eggs and add almond extract to mask the eggy taste.
