Display the ratio used in the Nutrient Balances module

Currently there are five ratios displayed in the Nutrient Balances modal with a green gradient around the optimal ratio. I'd like to see a number displayed for the optimal point where the deepest color of green is used so that I can numerically compare how close I am to the ratio.

Also, it would be helpful to be able to change the ratio and range if desired.

Thanks for the suggestion! It would be a great idea to have the numerical values displayed and to be able to set custom ratio targets!

It would also be nice to be able to choose two nutrients and set custom ratio targets for either. It actually baffles me that there are ratios for nutrients that don't really need to be maintained in a ratio like zinc and copper, and there are no ratios for nutrients that absolutely do, like vitamin E and polyunsaturated fat.
