5 weeks today down 21 lbs
I am 5 weeks into using your software and love it. I can't wait to log my food into my daily diary and see how much more I have left for the day. It helps me become accountable to only me and also helps me plan my meals as healthy and hearty as I can. I've created fun recipes, etc.
The one question I do have is in regards to mild headaches. I have been getting them almost since the onset but I know I am keeping up on my mineral and vitamin counts.
Any insight?

I recommend using the "Notes" section to track your headaches (include onset, duration, intensity, situation, and environment). Many internal and external factors can contribute to headaches and it's helpful to look for a pattern.
Regarding food, I would specifically look at your water, caffeine (including foods), and alcohol intake, as these are known headache triggers.

Thanks - I looked at trends and believe it is from low magnesium so I bought a supplement and no headaches so far
