I don't understand why Cronometer says I "overate" for the day when I've only eaten 800 calories. I set my weight loss goal at 1.5 lbs a week. Can someone help me? The "budgeting" tool is not helpful at all and obviously isn't accurate.
Make sure you check your BMR and Activity level settings as well!
