Nausea
I'm starting week 4 of my keto transition. I can handle the fogginess & rash I've acquired since starting but the nausea is making it really hard to function. I'm sticking pretty close to a 70-20-10 ratio but often find it difficult to consume the number of calories Cronometer suggests for a sedentary (had back surgery after starting transition to keto), 70+ female. There doesn't seem to be any particular food that makes the nausea worse (or better). I take some supplements but I had taken them with no nausea for quite awhile before starting the transition. Is this just something I'm going to have to live with for another 4-5 weeks?

Are you taking any medications following the back pain? If not, you could be experiencing nausea if you are eating too much fat at one time (especially if you are mostly sedentary during the day). You may find it helpful to eat six small meals per day, as well as separating your liquids from solids for ~30 minutes pre/post eating.
