It looks like Waffels is "The Nutrivore"/KnivesAreCool and eventually made a website with this idea as the nutri-dex. Chris Kresser (famously torn apart in Joe Rogan's discussion about Game Changers) is the first searched nutrivore link with the article, "The Nutrivore Diet."
