How should I be measuring?
Hey there!
I've been using Cronometer every now and then to see if my diet is still on track. But today I realized I wasn't sure if I was using the site correctly. Here's my problem:
Let's say I want to add 200 grams of rice for dinner. Do the 'cooked white rice' options mean it's 200 grams of cooked rice or 200 grams dry rice that was cooked?
Thank you!

Hi @Shen, if the food says cooked in its description, then you should measure the cooked weight. If it says raw, then measure the raw weight.
