Macro ratios or fixed values ?
Hi I am new to Cronometer, and I am kinda confused about the macro Macronutrients targets , there are two options macro ratios and fixed values, I don't know which one is better for me, for example when choosing macro ratios Cronometer recommends me 126 grams of protein , but when choosing fixed values , it recommends me 52 geams ?

Hello!
The macro target you choose depends on what your goals are. If you are just looking to track your data, I would start with fixed. Protein needs will generally be higher if you are active or trying to lose weight, but most people really don't need more than 1.2-1.5 g per kg of healthy body weight per day.
