Achieving goals - how can I see where macro nutrients came from?
Hello all
I'm a new user, just installed the app yesterday and today paid for Gold to try things out.
I logged my meals for today, and I see that using a keto diet as a target, I am slightly above on carbs, have eaten way too much protein, and nowhere near enough fat. So great, this is the reason I'm using cronometer, to see if I'm on track or not
However, now I would like to see where all that extra protein and carbs came from during the day, so I can cut back on those, as well as adding some fat.
Is there a way to see a breakdown of the macro nutrients supplied by each meal/ingredient in the day?
Thanks

Hello @Fernando ,
On the website, you can hover your mouse over the target bars to see which foods have contributed the most!
In the mobile app, you can tap on the diary header to access the full report. From there, you can click on any target bar to see your top contributors.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Cheers,
