KETO Calories
Your thoughts on caloric intake for 66 y/o female, moderately active. KETO suggests 1200-1250 calories. Dietary guidelines from Government resources suggest sedentary females 60+ should be around 1600 cal and moderately active should be 1800. I work hard at keeping the carbs under control, but I'm no where near satiated at the KETO numbers for calories.

Your recommended calorie intake will depend on what your goals are. If you are hoping to lose weight, it's helpful to set Cronometer to lose weight (I prefer a target of 1/2 to 1 lb per week). The calorie target that results will be 250-500 calories less than what you need to maintain your current weight.
Importantly, I wouldn't consume fewer calories than your BMR (the purple section of your calories burned wheel). Doing so could result in your metabolism lowering and resulting rebound weight gain.
Hope this helps!
