Maintaining weight
I am 5'8 and long boned/muscled etc. I have dropped from 160lbs and a bit tubby to past my goal of 140lbs. Just realised I am down to 130lbs after ten months on Keto! Have not been there since about age 35 (am now 70). I want to stop this weight loss but how? cannot eat more than I do now. according to cronometer i was regularly consuming more calories than needed despite walking and gardening.

Hello,
I would consider lessening the "strictness" of your keto diet and allowing in some whole grains and fruits. It will also be important to eat the amount of calories that Cronometer is suggesting to maintain (or regain) lost weight.

I have considered just this. I will add some 'forbidden' fruit.;) Perhaps having seeds such as Quinoa/amaranth and using arrowroot or yuca to thicken soups and stews???

You are likely just weighing water, stool, and/or other normal physiological changes in your body.
If you are tracking weight, it's helpful to do this upon waking, without clothing, after you pee. Weight fluctuates a lot during the day; by weighing yourself first thing in the morning, you are controlling for a lot of factors that lead to weight fluctuations.
