Activity level setting
Hi, I sit at an office job five days a week but take part in a weekly spin class and do some weight training sessions too. I DO want to plug these exercise sessions in to my Cronometer diary so what should I be setting my activity levels to? I'm using the website and not the app. Thanks!

I'd suggest setting your target to "sedentary" if you're not moving much outside of your office job. You can then use the exercise database to add the activity that you are doing each day.
