Soyabeans VS Soy granules
Hi there,
please, explain to me how come, that soyabeans (and soy products such as tofu and so on) do contain a lot of essential amino acids and minerals and vitamins BUT so-called soymeat (or soy granulate which is made of soya flour) does not contain anything but just macros?
P.S. Soy flour contains all the micro-stuff as well... I'm really confused. I tried like 10 kinds of soymeat snd granules, but it is all the same (see photos. I tried a list of soya granules and you see, that it contain only carbs, protein and fiber
)

This is because some of the soy food products/soy granules do not provide a summary of their amino acid content on their label, which is used in Cronometer's database. However, rest assured that if you are including soy-based products in your diet, you are getting all essential amino acids in necessary proportions.

Hi @LynxEliz Try using listings from lab analyzed sources to ensure you are getting the most complete nutrient profile. If it matches your products macronutrients, you can try using: Textured Vegetable Protein, TVP, From Dry, Not Fortified
