Where can I make a Note?
I want to make a note on the days that I do an enema. I think there is a note feature but can’t find it.

On mobile, click on the "+" button and select the "Add Note" feature. On desktop, "Add Note" is found in the "Diary Section", 4th tab from the left.
Let us know if you can't find it!

@Vegpam I would also recommend using the custom biometric feature for this purpose. This way your can track enemas on your charts. To create a custom biometric, log on to the web version of cronometer, and choose "Add Biometric". Then use the + button on the left side of the popup to create a new custom biometric. You can use units to track any quality you like, or simply leave it generic and enter a 1 for the value any time you enter it in your diary.
Using a custom biometric means you can view trends over time to better track how enemas interact with other health factors/ treatments/nutrients/ symptomsHilary

@Hilary this was very helpful! Now my only question is how to make more than one unit value, like if I want to note if it was a coffee or water enema. I couldn't see a place to add to the drop down menu.

Hi @Vegpam you can only set one type of unit, so I would recommend entering them as different custom biometrics
