Hi Uppnfw,
Thanks for letting us know. We will take a look at the foods list to find any we may be missing from the USDA. For now, I would recommend using the "Cheese, Mozzarella, 52% Water, 22.5% M.F." from CNF. The Canadian database has some of the same foods contained in the USDA database.
The DRIs (dietary reference intakes) is the umbrella term for all the nutrition recommendations from the USDA and Health Canada. These include estimated average requirements (EAR) used for population statistics, the recommended dietary allowances (RDA) or adequate intake (AI) for individuals, as well as the tolerable upper intake level (UL) and other nutrition recommendations, such as energy and macronutrient intake, and water.
Cronometer uses the RDAs and AIs for your age, gender and lifestage in your nutrient targets in your diary - these are the values that individuals should aim for to make sure you are consuming enough of each nutrient. I hope that makes is bit more clear.

i. When'll this be fixed?
iii. Btw, regarding Nutrition Coordinating Center Food & Nutrient Database, NCCDB, how could I confirm you guys're using NCCDB? -
Hi Uppnfw,
The team will need some time to look into the list of foods and see the scope of what needs to be updated.
The NCCDB is not a publicly available database; it can be licensed from the Nutrient Coordinating Center.
