Chat or messaging feature
Another great tool for me would be some kind of messaging feature that I could use to stay in contact with clients. Currently I use the notes, but they sometimes get missed as days go by. I love staying in touch with them in the tool to give feedback and encouragement. Thanks!

We have a few things in the works that are going to build Notes feature, specifically a dashboard and alerts system that will make them more visible. No timeframe for those things yet, but we are thinking along the same lines!
