More realistic/appropriate weight gain goals

I'd like to gain some weight. But I want that weight gain to be mostly muscle.

However, I'm old. The idea that I could gain anything like 0.5 lbs of muscle per week is pretty ludicrous.

If the Weight Goal Timeline is to have any usefulness (and maybe it doesn't), then having a more realistic setting, such as, say, in the range of 2 - 4 pounds per year, would be much better.
