Questionable Values For Millet From The NCCDB
The NCCDB values for 1 cup of cooked millet has 291 mg of sodium listed.
I Googled around and the USDA database has 4mg listed for 1 cup of cooked millet.

Hello @tinker123 ,
The NCCDB entry for ''Millet, Cooked'' is for a recipe that includes added salt. Unfortunately, the NCC does not provide the recipe ingredients for prepared foods. They do their best to give the nutrient values for the "average" method of preparation (in the US).
If you do not want to include added salt, you should use the CNF version for ''Grains, Millet, Cooked''.
Kind regards,
