Hello, I'm trying to find out how much creatine is in beans. Specifically Black Beans, Red Kidney Beans and Chickpeas. I have searched Google but can't seem to find the information.
There is little to no creatine in plant-based foods. This is why creatine supplementation has a significantly greater impact on vegans and vegetarian athletes.

Thanks Susan_RD_101 for your response. I appreciate it. Im trying to limit my creatine intake while still maintaining my needed protein. Beans are a good source of plant protien.I now have a diet with lots of Black beans, Red Kidney beans and Chickpeas. Great for making bean salads. I love beans with a little olive oil, salt and vinegar
