Vit D supplement?
I scanned my supplement and it uploaded correctly at 1000iu. But when I add a capsule to my food diary, it only adds a few hundred iu to the nutrient profile for the day, so I always fall way short. Why?

Thank you. It is Life Brand Vitamin D gel capsules 1000iu. I wondered if there it was showing as a smaller iu amount in my food diary because of an absorption assumption or something...

Hi JuYu,
It looks like 1 softgel capsule from "Life Brand Vitamin D 1000 IU, Softgel" is showing 1000 IU. Could you email us at support@cronometer.com with a screenshot of the food in your diary, so that we can look into this further?
Thanks!Karen Stark
