Reporting of nutrient balances using charts + custom ratios

Currently you are only able to see nutrient balances/ratios (like omega3:omega6) in nutrition report for a selected day. It would be great to be able to put those ratios on charts. That would probably require you to materialize them in the database.

I would also suggest making those ratios definable so that I am able to remove unnecessary or add my own ones (I would personally like to track SFA to MUFA ratio or even more complex one as PUFA+MUFA/SFA (one could define PUFA+MUFA first and then use it for another calculation so those "ratios" could consist of two nutrients/ratios and operand +/: etc)).

Both things would bring much more value to this gold-only feature!
