Sodium in eggs
Hi everyone, I'm jumping on Cronometer to track my nutrition, exercise, water intake and BLOOD PRESSURE. Sodium is a thing I'm interested in now, since it can contribute to high blood pressure.
I've just added today's food items and noticed that my 2 "scrambled eggs, plain" register in at 777.9mg sodium combined. That blew my mind so I went Googling and I find that a plain scrambled egg should only have about 88mg sodium.
So.... Why the discrepancy? Should I just fix it for my own use? Is Google off-base? Is there some process for submitting issues with the nutrition values of a particular food? Halp.

aaaah actually I found it. The notes on that item say:
eggs, scrambled egg, plain
prepared with saltI found another item that matches a bit better what I was expecting.
