More custom macro options
I think the keto calculator is great, but I think the same design principles can be applied to other macro calculations as well. It would be nice to have a calculator that held protein and fat constant and modulated carbs. Many athletes use Xg/kg BW formulas for their fat and protein targets and then modulate the carbohydrates to hit their calorie goal. Some people on weight loss diets would rather hold carbs and fats constant and modulate protein according to calorie goals. It would be nice to have a more modular system that could allow you to plug in different ways of arriving at different macro ratios.

Thanks @BRBWaffles We are hoping to improve are target settings in the near future. You're right there are many ways to calculate macros, and it would be great to support more flexibility.

Agreed . I have a fitness coach - and currently have different macro targets for training days and cardio days. Would be a great feature to be able to toggle between the two days, rather than changing the macros in the settings!

We have just released a brand-new scheduling feature! It is currently only available through our website (https://cronometer.com/login/), as the mobile update rolls out. It will be available on mobile for all users very soon!
You can set a schedule for your macronutrient targets by following these steps:
- Go to the Settings tab > Target Scheduler sub-tab
- Click on + New Target Template to create a template
- Apply the new template to the desired weekday below.
Check out our user manual for more details on the Target Scheduler.
