Mobile app - diary item press optional toggling behavior

In mobile app's diary item press is currently used to reorder items but it is far from convenient to reorder list on a mobile device (as diary is not scrolling while dragging item to screen's top/bottom).
My common usage is to copy and paste previous day. I would like to ask for two things:

• an option to use item's press for a toggle (instead of reorder) between zero amount and last amount used for this specific item - this way I could turn/mark things without using the edit form; so a diary option of "item press behavior" with values of "reorder" and "toggle" which would cover current usage scenario and one requested by me
• please distinguish zero amount items in the diary somehow - make them 50% opaque or something similar
