Macro nutrient targets in diary
Do all the coloured targets listed here have to fill the entire line? I am not quite sure if a half filled line is still going to get me into ketosis.

You generally want to aim to achieve 100% of the target you have set.
If you're not sure about a new diet, I would recommend speaking with a health care professional to assess your personal needs and goals.
