Lost Data
Two things. 1) I changed my log in to a different email account and seem to have lost all my data, especially my custom foods and my favorites. In order to remedy this, I switched BACK to my original email log on email address, but I'm still not seeing my data. I'm assuming you all know that it takes a fair amount of time to enter in custom foods???? For it to be gone is extremely disappointing and annoying.
2) when I log in on my laptop, it doesn't show my gold subscription nor my (missing) data.
What's happening? Why aren't my accounts syncing correctly with data or devices???

It sounds like you may have created a new account somewhere along the line. Do you have any other email addresses that you may have used to make your original account? Send us an email at support@cronometer.com at we will help you out!
