Apple Watch tracker + activity level
Hey everyone I searched for the answer but couldn’t really find anything...
I wear my Apple Watch which tracks all of my activity and sends it to Cronometer. I also have in the settings that my activity level is moderate so Cronometer automatically gives me a surplus of “burned” calories. I feel like I am double dipping in burned calories. Is this right? Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help!

Hi @duro; You got it! I would recommend setting your activity level to 'None' if you are tracking ALL of your calories burned on your Apple Watch. If you only track your Exercise time, or other defined periods, then set your activity level to sedentary, or whatever your typical activity level is when you are not wearing your watch.
