How to find a friend’s recipe

New to Cronometer, but really enjoying it. But, can anyone help me with finding recipes entered by a friend (officially ‘friended’ on Cronometer)? When I attempt to add food by entering the recipe name, nothing is found in the search. It seems to find only those recipes I’ve personally entered. Any tips?

Hi AlpineLady,

You can check out your friend's custom recipes in the Add Food search, by clicking on the Custom tab:

You will see your recipes, as well as your friend's recipes in the list. It also makes it a bit easier to search for them by name in this tab, since it removes any foods that are not custom from the search results.
