Not having to manually calculate Katch-McArdle BMR formula?
Could we please have this forumula for BMR? I do not understand why there is a disconnect. It does not even need to be default. It's something needed, something no one else offers. This app asks for Body Fat %, then why not actually use it?

There's the forumulas. Please add one more.
900 difference in calories for me, between Mifflin St Jeor and Katch-McArdle.
Anyone else?

Hi Zach,
That's a great option to estimate your RMR when you have measured your lean body mass! I'll pass this suggestion along to the team to include this as an option.
For the time being, you can enter in a custom BMR in your profile, if you would like to use a value you have calculated elsewhere: Settings > Profile > BMR > Custom
