Show total calories/deficit for time period
Hi there,
Sorry if this has been requested already, I didn't have any luck searching the forum. I think it'd be super useful if you showed the combined calorie information for the time period displayed in the calorie diary side bar
Something like this:
Which would show the summary for the type of calorie information (net, consumed) for the time period selected
(my styling needs work )
Let me know what you think!

Would scale better with the daily values if this were an average. Wouldn't hurt to separate slightly from the rest of the values since it is not part of the series.
-
Excluding empty days would be nice too
-
Unless they are marked complete, I would want the average to ignore empty days and the current (assumed to be incomplete) day.

Yes, that makes sense. Fasting and what not.

Getting your average calorie deficit over different time periods would be highly useful for debunking the "3500 calories/lb" narrative. It would be interesting to see what different people get without having to break out an accountant's calculator.
