I’m trying to track my caffeine intake but both coffee and black tea have shown as having no caffeine.
i tried to set the targets to see if that would work but it made no difference
Are you adding brand name products to your diary? Coffee and tea products usually don't list the caffeine content on the package label.
I would recommend using the NCCDB foods to get the caffeine content.
For example, Coffee, Prepared From Grounds, Food #450678 or Tea, Brewed, Unsweetened, Food #451828.
