How to add that kind of food?

May you help me to know how to add a normal bland boiled fillet to the application? I can not find it

    I log the raw weight of briefly boiled fish or poultry filet.

    I've lost about 80 pounds, most of it in the last year. I don't advise. Mostly just report.

  • Wow!!! this is incredible! you lost 80 ib last year due to cronometer?

  • To be precise, I've lost 73 pounds in the last 12 months by burning more fuel than I eat. Cronometer has helped me with that.

    I hope it is credible but no skin off my nose either way.
