Changing Biometric Measurement List

I'd like to remove some of the default options in the list of biometric measurements (like waist size, body fat, pulse wave velocity, for example). I have the gold account and am able to add custom biometrics, but I can't figure out how to remove ones from the list I'm not using.

Alternatively, is there a way to re-order the measurements to put the ones I'm using at the top of the list?
