Amount stays 0

Hi,

Often, when creating new food, the amount cant be changed. Stays at 0 all the time.

Any ideas why?

Hi there,

That doesn't seem to be working properly. Are you able to tap on the field where the 0 is? Can you enter in a new number and hit save? What happens if you try to edit a copy from the menu in the top right corner? If you wouldn't mind sending an email to support@cronometer.com we might have some questions to troubleshoot this issue.

Even when editing a copy, the saved amount is 0. I see that the amount of carb is 20grams. I will email later.

Hi,

I have found something. When creating new food, they asks for the serving size in serving size and weight. If no weight is entered, then we can still save the food, but the amount is stuck to 0.
