measurements
I am having trouble with measurements. I use mostly cup measurements for salad and veggies and eggs by count like 1 egg or two eggs. Finding difficult to calculate accurately. Also can't figure how it's calculating my calories saying I'm in a deficit. Still have a lot to learn. I was using the Atkins app previously and found that easy to follow but does not have as complete a nutrition info.

Hi Rosypozy,
Welcome to Cronometer!
We recommend searching for generic foods from sources like NCCDB and USDA; they will give you a lot of options for adding serving sizes to your diary, including cups, oz. etc. For example, I looked up a Greek Salad from NCCDB. Click on the drop-down list shown here and you can see more options for serving sizes:
Your Calorie Budget is calculated from your Calories Burned - Calories Consumed +/- your Weight Goal. Point your mouse at the different icons to learn more about where these numbers are coming from.
