By comparing this food to some of the cooked values from NCCDB for 85% or 90% lean ground beef, it looks like the values for Kirkland, Ground Beef, 88% Lean/12% Fat are for the raw meat, rather than cooked. However, to be certain I would recommend contacting the manufacturer.
