BIOMETRIC EDIT

Can you PLEASE add a edit option for Biometrics. Its sooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying not being able to change the name or edit it, if need be. Unsure why this is not just an standard option?? I did see a discussion post about this issues dated 2018! It was said that it would be considered. 2 years later, still nothing.

You're right - we don't have an option to edit the name of your biometrics. Thanks for your feedback! Hopefully this will be something we can work on in the future.

Thanks for the reply. Can you elaborate as to why this is such a huge issue and has still not yet been implemented?

Hi Ally,

Not a huge issue at all We are a small company and do our planning well in advance so there is lots of time to develop the software and mobile app and test it thoroughly so we can be proud of what we deliver.

Unfortunately, this means we can't fit in all the many, many requests we receive. We are keeping track of all your feedback so we can discuss making changes when we have the resources to do it. We have a project slated for improving the biometrics system and I will definitely bring up your point to include in the design. Thanks so much!
