Hi lisabella,
I would recommend setting up your macro targets using Macro Ratios.
Please go to: Settings > Targets > Macronutrient Targets.
Set macro targets using Macro Ratios.
Then you can enter in a ratio for protein, carbohydrates and fats. The corresponding percentages will be shown below, like this example:Karen Stark

Hello, I am new to this... started today... So if I want to follow a keto diet, where would I go to input this?

You can check out our settings to set up your targets using the Ketogenic Calculator.
Please go to: Settings > Targets > Macronutrient Targets.
Set macro targets using: Ketogenic Calculator, shown here:You can choose from some preset options in the first drop-down list, or customize your own.
If you have calculated your targets already and just want to input those values, then I would recommend you set your acro targets using Fixed Values instead.
I hope that helps!

You can't set a fat target as a percentage of your calories without also setting carbs and protein. If you use ratios and set fat to 15 and the total of all three is 100 (say 60 carbs and 25 protein), fat will be 15%.
