The Oracle - Stevia
I did a search using Cronometer's "Oracle". I searched for foods highest in starch per 100 grams in the Sweets category. I was expecting a cookie in the top of results, but it was stevia. Stevia is 100% sugar, not starch!

Hi Starchivore,
Brand name Stevia sweeteners are usually a mix of ingredients, rather than pure refined sweetener from the stevia leaves. Stevia in the raw, for example has maltodextrin listed as a second ingredient which is a type of starch that adds thickness and improves shelf life.

O.K. Thanks. Looking at stevia in the raw, jar, I see it has a lot of starch. But the listing for stevia in the raw, packets shows 0 starch. Both NCCDB entries.
