Fitbit import

My Fitbit data is only importing activity for the past week or so instead of all the things I e checked (sleep, hr, etc.). This is a new problem- is it happening for others?

    Sorry to hear you are having some trouble getting your data over from Fitbit.

    First, check that your Fitbit device is synced to the Fitbit Connect app/website. Cronometer takes data from the device software, not the device itself, so if the data hasn't uploaded yet, we won't be able to access it.

    If your device is syncing to the Fitbit app/website, try revoking Cronometer's privileges via your Fitbit dashboard.

    On your computer, login to your Fitbit account.
    Click on the Settings menu (gear icon) or here: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
    Go to Applications
    Click 'Revoke Access' for Cronometer (see attached screenshot)
    Re-link Cronometer with Fitbit, making sure all permissions required are granted.
