Separate soluble and insoluble fiber
Fiber is one of the most important parts of our diet, and most of us don't eat enough. But soluble and insoluble fiber behave completely differently in the body, so lumping them together is almost useless.

Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback. We will take a look at the data available and see if we can separate out those values.

I went to my GI doctor and was proud that I get a minimum of 30 grams of fiber a day. However, he wanted to know the grams of soluble fiber which I have NO WAY of calculating. Can you change the numbers to reflect this total? Now I am on Metamucil to increase my fiber.
