What active level should I use??
Hhheeeealllpp I'm unsure what active level to use on here. I set it to very active and yesterday for dinner I had 1000 calories left. So I change it to moderralty active and I had 500 left. I workout/ do yoga six days a week. I also do the majority of housework and work my job five days a week. My job is working a gas station/grill. So I run a register, wait tables and depending on who I'm working with I also do most of the cooking which means standing over a hot grill, bending and squatting to get into the coolers, stocking the kitchen and usually putting buckets of ice in the ice machine. But putting it at very active seemed to be way to many calories considering im trying to lose weight. Any advice for me??

Hi Karissa,
We have some short descriptions of the activity levels in our user manual here: https://cronometer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018472272-Profile-Settings#h_256650454331545174686943
With all that activity you are getting, you sound moderately active to me! I recommend selecting a level and trying it for a week or two to see how you feel. If you are feeling hungry/tired, or find that you are eating as much as your target then make adjustments up or down, as necessary. You can also use a custom setting if you want to see something in between the presets offered.
Best,
Karen Stark
