A question for Cronometer users
I've been doing lazy keto for about 5 months and I stalled after losing around 25 lbs so I figured I'd start tracking again.
I just signed up for cronometer and I noticed that is presets for ketogenic are pretty bizarre, so I decided to pop into the keto calculator and manually put those results in.
The main thing I see that really has me confused is that the keto calculator says to lose weight I should be at 1907 calories whereas the cronometer wants me at 1672.
That's a pretty huge difference and I was wondering if anyone can shed some light. I would think the best plan would be to go with the most restrictive result, but I also don't want to leave myself hungry and mess up my macros.

Hi there,
Don't feel pressured to use the presets; they are a jumping off point to get you started. No one knows you better than you! We want to make it easy for you to use the values work best for you with the ability to customize your energy and macro targets.
Best,
Karen Stark
