View/profile switched from gold to free
For some reason my view/profile suddenly switched from gold to free. I reached out to support at about 7 a.m. yesterday with no word back. I joined about a month ago so I'm guessing they assigned me a monthly instead of a yearly user but am VERY upset that I have still not heard back. Do they usually respond more quickly and/or on weekends?

It really would have been nice to be able to find that answer somewhere or.. on the weekend responses to include that timing.
