Exercise

I’m new to Cronometer. Carb Manager has been my go to. Is there anyway to add your daily exercise each day?

  • Welcome to Cronometer!

You can add your exercise each day. There is an Add Exercise button at the top of the diary page (on the website), click it to search our exercise database for the best match for your activity:

Or, you can enter in a custom exercise to add to your diary and edit how many minutes you spent doing the activity and how many calories you burned.

You can track your calories burned from activity in two others ways in Cronometer, so you know all the options.

First, you can edit your activity level settings (go to: Settings > Profile > Activity Level). You can estimate your average calories burned from activities and exercises based on the descriptions here: https://cronometer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018472272-Profile-Settings#h_256650454331545174686943

Second, if you have a fitness tracker that you are using to measure your activity, you can link devices with your account to import you exercises into Cronometer. If you have a device, head over to: Settings > Devices to see the full list we have available.

Let me know if you have any questions!
