Wanted to print a report today but the Print Report page is blank - is this service down?

The print report tab has been empty for me for quite some time now. Changing browser doesn't seem to make a difference.

Stopping by to say that it's still broken. Current feedback is that it's on a per-user basis. Nothing I do on my end seems to matter. Getting ready to send an email so that the IT ticket system sees that this is still active.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into it - was a tough issue to track down, but our superstar developers were able to get to the bottom of it! Please refresh your page (If you are currently logged in to Cronometer) and you should now be able to see and use your Print tab.

99%, Almost there! Very happy to see this mostly working again but I did notice that the date range didn't cascade to all charts. It looks like it got set appropriately for most charts in the print report (example: "last 3 months") but the Alcohol chart was still only for the last 24 hours. Would you confirm that you see this too?

I should add that the axis for the Alcohol chart appears correct but the title and the data only show the last 24 hours - which is strange. Maybe I'm doing something wrong in the setup?

Seems okay now - I just tried it a bunch of times and it showed the wrong chart once but then after trying lots of date ranges it started working correctly for all ranges that I tried.

I’m on IOS and can’t even find a print function. Or an email function
First time I’ve had occasion to need it though

The option to print your report is only on our website at this time. Emailing the report from mobile is a great suggestion too!
