How do I know how to fill calorie deficit (516 of 1707) when macro-nutrient tallies are way over?

It's okay to be in a calorie deficit (this is the goal if you are trying to lose weight). Otherwise, as long as you're not hungry, I don't worry too much about deficits. Formulas give us a guideline but your biology is the gold standard when it comes to calorie needs.

I eat once a day based on my blood glucose level. It must be under 5 before a meal. The cronometer has my calories at very low so one meal is working for me.
