Is it possible to get enough thiamin without yeast?

I react badly to nutritional yeast and am allergic to many nuts and seeds. I also don't digest beans very well.

  • No, its not possible. I use Allithiamine supplement, which has fat soluble thiamine compounds found in garlic.

Yes it is possible: I use Braggs Nutritional yeast in addition to everything below. But even without it,I'd still be getting 136% Thiamine.. And even without the chicken, you'd still be getting 100%. Play around with veggies and various leafy greens is the best way of meeting your micros..
