Nutrition report
Can someone explain this?
it shows a range of dates sept 2 through 8 but only shows 478 calories consumed and over 3000 burned.
Also where do I look for just how many calories I have left in a day as I’m going along the day? This is not easy to use so far.

Hi Jennn,
The Nutrition Report will average your daily nutrition over the time range selected. If you have some empty days in there, it will really bring down your average.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the Nutrition Report (on the mobile app) you will have some options to include non-empty days; this will remove days that don't have anything entered in your diary from the report.
To see your daily nutrition for the day in the mobile app, tap the menu in the diary screen and select Daily Report.

Do you think its better to have a set calorie amount or dynamic? if you do set calories will it adjust for exercise ?

Which setting you choose is dependent on you and your goals
If you select a set amount using Fixed Values they will not adjust when you add exercise to your diary.
If having the exercise calories added each day helps you reach your goals, then I would recommend using a dynamic settings like Macro Ratios.
